Stellenbeschreibung:
Implements lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies in the production process. Analyzes workflows to eliminate waste (non-value-added activities), improve productivity, and enhance quality using methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
Aufgabenbereich:
Responsible for leading continuous improvement teams and workshops on the factory floor. Identifies inefficiencies, proposes solutions like line balancing or Kanban inventory systems, and tracks the impact of improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, defect rate, and throughput.
Bildungsanforderungen:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of process analysis tools and change management.

Kernaufgaben:
Conduct value stream mapping of current processes; facilitate Kaizen events to brainstorm improvements; train employees on 5S workplace organization; implement visual management boards and metrics; standardize work procedures to maintain consistency; evaluate results of lean initiatives and report cost/time savings achieved.
