Stellenbeschreibung:

Plans and designs solar power systems, including photovoltaic (PV) installations for residential, commercial, or utility-scale projects. Calculates solar panel configurations, energy yields, and integrates battery storage or grid connections to deliver efficient renewable energy solutions.

Aufgabenbereich:

Responsible for creating detailed electrical and site plans for solar installations. This includes performing site assessments (sunlight exposure, shading analysis), specifying PV module and inverter types, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes. Also oversees installation quality and system commissioning.

Bildungsanforderungen:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Knowledge of PV system design software (e.g., PVsyst), and current knowledge of renewable energy incentives and regulations in Germany (EEG, etc.).

Kernaufgaben:

Perform solar feasibility studies and ROI calculations; design array layouts and single-line diagrams for electrical integration; size and specify inverters, mounting systems, and storage components; coordinate installation teams and contractors; conduct performance testing and handover documentation for completed projects.
