Stellenbeschreibung:

Leads cross-functional projects within a manufacturing environment, such as new production line setups, process improvement initiatives, or facility expansions. Plans, executes, and closes projects while managing scope, budget, and timelines.

Aufgabenbereich:

Responsible for coordinating between engineering, production, procurement, and other departments to achieve project objectives. Manages project teams, communicates progress to stakeholders, mitigates risks, and ensures deliverables meet quality standards.

Bildungsanforderungen:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (industrial engineering or similar preferred). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Experience managing technical projects using methodologies like PMI or Agile is beneficial.

Kernaufgaben:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation; monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary; organize and lead project meetings and workshops; manage project budget and report on financial status; ensure that all project documentation is complete and archived.
