Stellenbeschreibung:

Manages the quality assurance department and ensures that products and processes meet established standards and customer expectations. Develops quality policies, leads audits (internal and external), and oversees continuous improvement initiatives related to quality across the organization.

Aufgabenbereich:

Responsible for setting QA objectives and key results, such as defect reduction and customer satisfaction targets. Oversees the implementation of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) , manages a team of quality engineers/technicians, and works closely with production and engineering to address systemic quality issues. 

Bildungsanforderungen:

Bachelor's or master's in engineering or quality management. Extensive experience in quality roles, preferably with leadership responsibility. Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Quality Manager (QMB/TQM) are highly valued.

Kernaufgaben:

Develop and update the company's Quality Management System documentation; plan and conduct supplier and internal audits; lead root cause analysis meetings for major quality issues; present quality performance metrics to senior management; ensure customer complaints are investigated and resolved with corrective/preventive actions.
