Conducts research and development projects to innovate new products or manufacturing technologies. Works on conceptualizing, prototyping, and testing novel solutions that can be implemented in production, often bridging the gap between product design and manufacturing feasibility

Responsible for leading R&D initiatives in the manufacturing domain. This includes designing experimental setups, analyzing data from trials, and collaborating with design, engineering, and production teams to transition successful R&D outcomes into scalable manufacturing processes or products.

Bildungsanforderungen:

Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Science depending on focus). Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Experience with R&D project management and familiarity with patent processes can be beneficial.
