Stellenbeschreibung:

Develops and implements workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs in manufacturing settings. Conducts risk assessments, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and promotes a culture of safety to prevent accidents and occupational hazards. 

Aufgabenbereich:

Responsible for reviewing plant operations to identify potential safety risks and implementing control measures (such as machine guarding, safety signage, PPE requirements). Leads safety training sessions, accident investigations, and ensures documentation (e.g., incident reports, safety audits) is maintained.

Bildungsanforderungen:

Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Certification as a Sicherheitsfachkraft or similar is advantageous. Familiarity with German HSE regulations (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, etc.) and ISO 45001.

Erfahrung: Mid-Level

Kernaufgaben:

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the facility; develop emergency response plans; ensure all employees receive required safety training (e.g., fire drills, equipment operation safety); liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections or reporting; continuously improve the HSE management system based on incident learnings and best practices.
