Implements and manages manufacturing processes and equipment. Focuses on improving production line efficiency, integrating new machinery or automation, and troubleshooting process issues in a factory environment.

Aufgabenbereich:

Responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations from a process engineering perspective. This includes equipment setup and validation, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring that production meets quality and output targets. 

Bildungsanforderungen:

 Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge of production planning, automation systems (PLC/CNC), and quality control techniques.

Erfahrung: Mid-Level

Kernaufgaben:

Set up and program manufacturing equipment; monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks; implement automation or robotic solutions; train production staff on new processes or machinery; coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
