Develops and refines manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. Works on process design from concept through implementation, often in chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial production settings.

Responsible for analyzing current production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing new process workflows or equipment configurations. Oversees trials and scale-up of new processes and ensures regulatory compliance.

Bildungsanforderungen:

 Bachelor's or Master's in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. Familiarity with process simulation software and industry regulations (e.g., ISO standards).

Kernaufgaben:

Conduct process simulations and modeling; develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs); optimize parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) for production; lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve yield.
