Stellenbeschreibung:

Optimizes production processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Analyzes workflow, supply chain logistics, and resource allocation within manufacturing operations.

Aufgabenbereich:

Responsible for assessing current production workflows and implementing process improvements (lean manufacturing, time studies, etc.). Ensures optimal use of labor, materials, and equipment to meet production targets.

Bildungsanforderungen:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of process engineering, quality management, and lean methodology (e.g., Six Sigma).Bildungsanforderungen: Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einem verwandten Bereich. Kenntnisse in Prozesstechnik, Qualitätsmanagement und Lean-Methodik (z. B. Six Sigma).

Kernaufgaben:

Conduct time-and-motion studies on the production floor; develop workflow diagrams; recommend layout changes or automation to eliminate bottlenecks; liaise with management on production planning and efficiency metrics.
